Thanks for that spinnaJ,
I'll need that diagram soon, as I will be setting up my 1210's and TCV's up to VDJ when they in stock for us in England. Just one little question though, Where would you attach the grounding cable of the decks, on the herc or on the mixer????
Or doesn't it matter???

Have u ticked CD instead of vinyl?
Does this happen everytime u click auto config?
make sure the asio is on (before u start vdj check on herc control panel)
try performances setting, make latency to auto n set to fastest (move this up one by one n see ur system limit).

Can you post screenshot of the timecode config menu in advanced mode with your timecode playing?
Do u use consumer tccd or pro tccd? Try to use the pro as it is -13db n urs is pioneer which tend to have high output.
Have u lower down ur herc volume on the herc control panel or the unit itself? Maximum output may distort the signal.

It should be OR not AND. Need to compensate either one.. N is the screenshot u posted r this u already play ur timecodes? Seem u on pause. Could u play the timecode n without auto config n post again. I want to see the wave pattern.
Btw while u change the setting, do u press auto config n crash again.
Sorry if this require a bit of werk as i need to know ur signal.
