First of all sorry if this question has been posted before but I am new and I have done everything I can in order to fix this.
I am trying to register my Mk2 but when I try to add the serial number it states that that serial number has already been registered. Any help would be great. Please inform me as to what I can do in order to register properly. Thanks!

Tony,
Did you buy the mk2 brand new, if so you shouldn't have a problem.
If it was brought second hand from someone or off a site like ebay, then the original owner might of already registered it.
Write a ticket out and send it to the team, they might be able to sort your problem out.
