Hello,
Using the PC version of VDJ, i can't get m4a files to play.
I always get an "Error" message on the player when i load them.
On the configuration i have selected "Generic Quicktime encoder" for m4a files.
Also, i have installed quicktime.
Any ideas?
Another solution would be to download mp3 files from iTunes, but there isn't such option.

From your last statement you are downloading the M4A files from iTunes. The majority of M4A files from iTunes are DRM protect files.
DRM files WILL NOT play in VirtualDJ.

No that's not the case.
The file i tried was from iTunes plus which is 256kbps file and no DRM

Try by adding the extension if you have the right decoder.
