I'm programming all buttons and knobs on my Vestax VCI-100 manually and so far I'm very satisfied with the possibilites in VDJ compared to Traktor regarding midi control.
But is there anyway I can light up the buttons on my VCI?
Is it possible to get the sync button to pulsate in beat with the music as with the Numark Total Control?
...does it help to download the proper Vestax VCI-100 mapping tool from the site?

yes, its possible using a DLL file.
If you know C++ or VisualBasic you can make such a plugin easily. http://www.virtualdj.com/developers/
Or ask someone to help you, in plugin forum.
There migth also come an official native support for the controller inside VDJ, as its getting to be a popular controller
