Keep in mind this is a mapper issue not a VDJ issue. We want to make that crystal clear.
 
When I select (karaoke) under Video Effects get a error window that says

“This application has failed to start because d3dx9_33.dll was not found.
Re-installing application may fix this problem.”

I tried re-installing VDJ but still same message.
 
Exactly Cyder,

Most issues are linked with external plugins and skins not being updated with the software.

Anyone sensible would not only realise this, but test any new version of VDJ in the same conditions as those in which they perform in.

It can't be said enough, because too many come back crying when their ice cream melts.

Yes, please be patient. The guys that make these mappers for us, know about it, and are addressing it. The last thing we need is a lot of crying or badgering.

They meant the d3dx9_33.dll app. Even though the direct X 9, has the same name, you should download and install the new one.

Did you guys manage to upgrade the timecode system? It's still a bit sketch, and even with my SL-1 card, it gave me issues last weekend--really sucked. Timecodes crapped out on me an hour into the set, and I had to switch to Serato.

When will VDJ become a better Digital Vinyl Solution then Serato?
 
Didn't see anything about the photo slide show plugin being addressed...hmmmm....

Sorry but this is the most HORRIBLE update that I never made !

I have an horrible noise all the time over my songs and best of all sometimes a BSOD ! This is the first time that I have such a big problem with an update.

I've downgrade on the preview version and all is back running sweet...

Really need help for this or an explanation. MAybe a moderator can put my message in a new thread if it's not appropriate here.

Already answered and solved in the French forum
 
I've found a problem with 5.0.7 when using it with the HC4500.

On any pitch range other than 100%, if you use the pitch and then try to zero it, it's 0.02% out.

 
The looping needs improving. I hope this is done in 5.1

Thanks for your hard work guys!! Too bad my Turntables arent set up, I have a gig tomorrow. Anyone try this update with TCV? Hows it working
