I posted this in the general discussion forum but am moving it to the hardware forum. Can anyone help out?

In a Nutshell:
* DN-HD2500 w/ VDJ (Latest Update
* Skipping/Stuttering during playback and while cued
* Vibration may/may not be a cause with the job wheel - I can be playing quiet music with zero vibrations coming from anywhere and the music will skip occasionally. Other times, vibrations will definitely cause this.
* Lifting up on the job wheels a bit seem to remedy the problem temporarily. Touching the jog wheels in general seem to instigate the problem.
Can anyone please help?
