Sujet please help with videos

hi guys any help will be greatly appreciated my specs on computer are as follows
256mb pci video card
2.5 ghz processor
1 gig ram
Windows xp pro

the problem is that i can play videos all night on the left deck but when i try to mix over to the right side the videos are freezing and the screen turns blue... karaoke files play great on both decks as well as audio..... now i have the same version of vdj on my dual mac ibook setup and i can mix videos all night long at the club... what seems to be the problem on my mindows pc? i have tried all kinds of different settings and nothing seems to help

This is some that you can try:
Update your video driver
Update Direct X
Install some Codec Pack (Like K-Lite codec pack)
Let us know is it resolved.

Thanks for responding Dj Alf. Ive Tried all 3 of those ideas and its still doing the same thing. Ive Had This problem from day 1 of purchasing this product and its ridiculous lol nobody seems to have an answer

Is this a Fresh OS install or did it come preloaded on the computer when you bought it??
Also adding 1 mor Gb of Ram may help
Vista may also help.
Definately look into driver and chipset updates as well as Direct X.
