Anyone have an opinion? Im looking to purchase one of these, but aside from the price difference, whats the difference?

Dave, You might want to consider the Ecler EVO 5. It has built in effects, built in ASIO sound card, and great 4 channel mixer with its own mic channel. I own both the NUO4 and EVO 5 both are great mixers. If you decide on getting an ECLER product shoot me a PM I can probably get you a better deal.
