Sujet problems with software/sound card

need help, just got software. In the past with virtual software I was able to seperate 2 audio channels into external mixer. Now I have Virtual Dj again and I cannot seperate 2 audio channels to mixer. I have Soundblaster X-Fi extreme audio card. I have tried every setting on sound setup. Please help
