Sujet sound card/or software iss

I have windows vista 64 bit and have soundblaster X-FI Extrene audio card I an unable to seperate 2 audio channel out to external mixer (two Channel) I have tried every setting in Virtual DJ but to no avail. I need some help please. Let me know what I need to to do to resolve this issue. Please help Thank you
