Sujet Virtual DJ Console Edition with Hercules DJ Console play function problems

I have been using the Virtual DJ Console edition with the new Hercules DJ Console RMX, it works fairly well except for a lack of some features. When selecting preferences I was given the option
trying the 20 day free trial of the pro version, when I selected this, nothing changed on the program. Now when I use the program the play function will not work. every other function works, and the
program recognises that I have pressed play however the track does not start playing, I am thinking this may be because of the 20 day trial being over or something, but I'm not sure. Any ideas
how to fix this would be appreciated.

Which os u using? Are this on windows platform??

I am using Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard on a Macbook if thats any help.

hi

i got the RMX Yesterday as well and got the same problem!

mac osx 10.5.3; DJC RMX 1.88 driver

Anyone an idea?

Check your sound config and select the rmx as your sound card.

The solution; delete the program. The configuration and preferences files and all the files in library. Install again
