I have always used XP and downloaded the latest DirectX and all has worked. I am now using Vista and I keep getting the " Failed to start because d3dx9_32.dll was not found" error (the activate button does not appear yet). I thougt Vista used DX10. Can I also add DX9 without screwing anything up? I need this plugin, anybody know any vista solutions?

Text2d is supported by vista... what video card do you have. You may have a VC that supports directx 9

I am running Vista and nvidia 7600gt I tried installing DX9 but it did not change anything

have you tried the directx version previous to i think was march, i'm running the same specs as you mentioned and everything is fine here fortunately...
