We use virtualdj with bcd2000 and I want to know if Sonique plugin can react to other sound like cd player (we mix on both of them)?

Sonique is set up to react to the sound engine in VDJ so if your playing a internal cd or time code it should dance.

I have done this using external sound in through a Hercules DJ console MK2. The important configuration option is 'Sound card(s)' on the 'Sound Setup' tab in 'Settings'. This must be set to 'DJCONSOLE MK2' not 'ASIO'. Then enable 'Apply Eq on external inputs'. I've not seen this option on other sound interfaces, but I have not tried every one ever made! I think the key is that this routes the external inputs via the software. Hope this helps.
