hello, i have been using the vdj software are and the hercules console for some time. this is my problem. i plan on taking an extended trip to central america plan to and pick up dj gigs along the way. the problem is space. i need something a bit smaller then the hercules. all i need to do is be able to preview tracks before i play them and then mix them im with the software.
i have a 2 open usb ports and a firewire port and a pcmcia slot.
any reccomendations?

Smaller than MK2? Damn!
You can use some external Sound card but it will be easier with MK2 as you have all you need in the small package ;)
