Sujet MIDI mapping with keyboard

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

Hey guys, i've been stuffing around with my friend's new Edirol PCR-M30 and his copy of VDJ, trying to figure out if we can map the sliders on the PCR into the sampler section of VDJ 5.1 (he already has a BCD2000 as the mixer), but can't get anything to work. I was wondering if anyone can provide some assistance on how to set up the keyboard (USB connection into laptop running Vista 32-bit) so we can use the sliders as the volume control for the sampler, or at least find a way so we can configure the keyboard so we can map some effects or whatnot. Any advice on MIDI mapping for the PCR with VDJ would be greatly appreciated. The included PCR Editor is confusing and i have no idea how to link it to VDJ, and the user's manual is utterly confusing as well and doens't provide assistance in setting up the keyboard.

I know this is probably an amateur question, but much help would be appreciated and any advice/solutions will be of great help.

Thanks :)
