Sujet turn tables

i got 2 numark tt1650 with the numark virtual vinyl i put the time coded vinyl config but i`m not getting any time code quality and i hit the auto config it saids to check the volume or the cables ??? anybody can tell me if i got the correct turntables or do i need different needles
