Here's how this goes... I was setting things up for my wedding today (1st time using virtual vinyl). Everything was hooked up as far as the RCA cables go. I connected the usb into the virtual vinyl, and as I put it in to the computer, I heard a distortion of sorts... more like interference. Everything is connected the way it is supposed to, and the software was installed beforehand. The moment I disconnected the usb, everything was fine. Plug it back into a different port, and it's messed up again. Any help is great appreciated. I'm trying to trouble shoot now that I'm home (going to try a different usb cable, etc), but in the meantime, let me know if you have any ideas.
Thanks,
DC

OK... I think I've found the problem. I had everything hooked up at home, and still didn't have the same problem... until I plugged in the computer to the same power out. Any suggestions on how to fix the grounding problem?
