Sujet Virtual DJ with Citronic MSX-1

Hi, I want to use my Citronic MSX-1 mixer with virtual dj. Firstly is this possible? If so, what cables etc. will be required to achieve this?

(My laptop is a Presario C500 with a standard mic in, headphone out Conexant sound card)
