I HAV REASENTLY PURCHASED HERCULES RMX AND VDJ 5.1 IT LOADS AND SEAYS ERROR IN ASIO SOUND DRIVR. I CAN SELECT A TRAK AND LOAD IT BUT WHEN I PRESS PLAY IT SHOWS THE PLAY BUTTON HIGHLITED BUT THE TRAKS NOT MOVING ITS NOT PLAYING. EVEN IF I MOOVE THE JOG WHEELS IT WONT MOOVE. PLEASE HELP URGENTLY

This sort of thing can happen if the sound card is not configured properly..I had it happen to me last night when my DJ i/o came un-plugged during a set. Make sure you have a good USB cable, and everything is plugged in and configured the right way....

Open the RMX control panel first, select Asio mode, leave the control RMX panel open, launch VirtualDJ on top off it, select the RMX (mk2 icon) in remote control tab.
In Sound set up, select Inputs, none. Outputs, headphones. Soundcard, RMX console, then try.
