well , it's been a struggle , of course , but we're started .... first we had to forcibly remove the high heels , he wasn't givin' those up w/o a struggle

now we are eliminating the salads and force feeding steak and beans ..... next are the lessons on how not to pick a red or yellow shirt ......

also , how not to say "lovely" to the dev team ....

as a kinda subliminal suggestion thing for jim , we are looping " i'm a man " by Chicago to help the poor guy out .....

don't worry though he's in good hands , just say a prayer for him , and he'll be back good as new in a day or so ....
