How to assign PFL to MIDI there is no opton in VDJ remote control config add window?

All PFL settings are under system_volumes:



headphone_crossfader
headphone_mix
headphone_volume
 
No you, i need to know how to assign 'PFL" to a button so i can switch between 2 channels that only got the headphone cue and all that.

Farout you should understand my question?
 
not fully... but:

If you are using the internal headphone mix option, than assign
two buttons to headphone_crossfade with values 0 & 4096.

As per manual, this will effectively have you hear only deck A, or deck B in the headphones.

I'm not sure this is possible to do with a single 'switch' button.

VDJ manual wrote :
headphone_crossfade

You can specify a value (between 0 and 4096)

ex:
- 0 (you hear only the left deck)
- 2048 (you hear both decs)
- 4096 (you hear only the right deck)

or specify the step and the direction of the fader:

ex:
- +128 (128 to the right)
- -512 (512 to the left)
- ...
 
No there is a way to assign this I will look into it, I asked Cstoll and he told me how but I dont remember.
 
Ok it is under Deck Controls, and it is Select, this selects the Active deck which is pfl. Set one shortcut to deck 1 and one to deck 2.
 
It would be just like clicking your mouse on the 1 or the 2 in the skin, is that what u are lookin for??

I will try that out tonite, cheers. Thats pretty much all i need to work out and i have assigned all my controls to MIDI. All i need to work out except for "loopshift" but i cant seem to get the values small enough. Smaller than 1 for 1 beat anyway.

so sorry, not clear at all, where are the PFL buttons for deck A and B in virtual dj remote??

im trying virtual dj8 with external controller and i need to be wirelessly connected with my tablet but CANT pre listen decks because no pfl buttons on the APP
