Sujet Cannot find the skin file in Virtual DJ document - Page: 2
Bought my Mixtrack Quad and VDJ won't open on my MacBook. Tried copying the VirtualDJ to every library folder I could possible find (another user, shared, system) and it still won't work. I was suspecting the OS X Beta version I'm running but my iMac is running one too and it opens just fine...
I can't believe there's no way to solve this. Tried everything written here.

IT WORKS!!!!
In new installations of VirtualDJ v7.0.3 and above, the VirtualDJ home folder which contains your database, playlists, skins, effects, etc. is now located in the Library folder to meet the requirements of Apple Store.

However, Apple have decided to hide the Library folder to prevent accidental modification by users.

Methods to show the Library:

Access via the Finder menu

The Finder menu has some extra and hidden entries.

Open a Finder window, click on the "Go" menu and press the ALT key to reveal the Library.

Access with a keystroke

In any Finder window (on the Desktop as well), you just need to press CMD+SHIFT+G and then type in the following: ~/Library/

Completely unhide the Library (Expert users only)

Run this command to reveal the Library: chflags nohidden ~/Library/

If you want to hide the Library again : chflags hidden ~/Library/

took me four hours to figure out.
First you need to install virtual dj le (vdj) then when prompted to put serial key in just skip by closing the window vdj will open in demo mode next go to config top right then advanced options click on try 20 day pro version then close vdj.
re open vdj and you will be prompted once again to put in serial number in put it in then you should be able to open vdj without the error coming up,
will let you know how it goes in 20 days lol
but so far its working good
thanks sound and division for your shet customers service

So, is this how it ends, people unfortunate enough to have the presenting problem just twist in the wind?

I've tried to install VD7 into my PC.

Everything goes smoothly until I I receive this error.

Yet, when I go to My Documents, I can see the files in the VrtualDJ folder.

Any ideas?
