Not fake and not photoshopped, but without a video output what good is it?
 
I'm actually about to buy one of those SCS.4DJ as my back system, as soon as my DJC4 sells or 1st of the month, I seem to remember reading it could mix mp4 but would still only output audio.
 
Hmmm. Acer Aspire P3 or go for the Windows Surface Pro?

Yeah, I'd like to see a next gen version with hdmi output, I'm betting it would sell much better than the SCS.4DJ
 
Does anyone know where the 2014 DJ Expo is going to be held at?
 
I believe it will be the same spot it has been for the past few years
 
The picture is not a Photo shop. When I took the picture, I didn't realize it can play videos on the small screen.

Yes the Stanton, scs 4dj Zibs wonderful little controller great back up the was a DJ there DJ Sparks is her name and she went thru it head to toe. My wife LOVED it. would make a great back up just load a usb powered external and away you go. RCA outs but an adapter here and there and back into your set..

It's just a demo video that's built in. It's not meant for the DJ to play videos!

Yeah but how would you use it live? It's a cool little device but... what's the use exactly?
 
The use for the SCS.4DJ is to play back music directly from flash drive or hard drive without needing a computer. The operating system is onboard the SCS.4DJ and the screen is there to allow you to browse, search, display track info, waveforms etc. just like a computer would.
 
Say you had a mp4 video for a song but not an mp3, probably wouldn't happen often but you could still play the mp4 just without an external display. If it could output the video it would be a dream, at least on paper.

i know .... that´s what i guessed a couple of posts before...but the idea playing vids is nice...especially for vdj users....;-)
