I have the ddjsz and I brought it brand new and they to contact yall but can't find a number...can't find my key code that was suppose to be in the box the guitar center say

In that case you need to contact Pioneer.

Yes, you will need to prove your purchase to Pioneer. Maybe GC have given you old stock, because the VDJ 8 offer was added after the first SZs were shipped.
There used to be a PDF available from Pioneer with contact info for anyone who'd purchased a SZ before the code started shipping in the box, but it's gone now.
I guess if you provide the SZ serial number to Pioneer, they will be able to tell when it shipped.

I have a cdmp 7000 and it works on vdj pro 7 but the both decks on the controller only plays the left deck on vdj... some help plz.
