Anyone care to share their jogwheel settings for their DDJ-SX in 8 if they are working right for you?

My jogwheels don't feel right at all.

Does the SX not have a knob on the front panel to adjust the jog sensitivity?

Yes tried that. Looking for what people have in their settings for jogwheels.

No one here has settings they are happy with for jogwheels on the DDJ-SX??????????????????????

no one??????

I just use the defaut settings - no need to change anything.

Perhaps, it would be easier, if you could provide more info or describe your issue in detail. Keep in mind this thread is to report bugs, so if there is something that needs to be fixed, its OK that you posted here.

Basically when I'm moving the wheels to cue there is a huge lag. Especially when I stop moving them.

DDJ-SX (and other devices from the DDJ series) have a firmware "protection" on the jogs that the unit will NOT report "small" movements if you don't touch the top of the platter first, or if you don't perform a "big" movement first.
There's nothing VirtualDj can do about this since it's embedded on the device's firmware to avoid accidental movements from vibrations e.t.c.

Is this what you're talking about ?

The song keeps moving after letting go of the wheels... cueing forward or backward. The faster i do it.. the more it does it.

I'll spin the jogwheel to cue and when I let go the white lines in the wheel and the wheel on the skin and waveform keep moving.

In that case try the setting TouchweelBackspin to No

Will I lose sound when i bring the wheel back or the backspin sound when i spin the platter back ... with or without vinyl mode on?
