What do you mean by visibility?
When it is on, and you sort a folder by Artist for example, browsing through different folders they will all be sorted by Artist on opening.
When it is off, and you sort a folder, after you move to another folder it is sorted again in the default sort order.

all folders are in the same sorting order. With yes and with no....
