I was running with 1 xone k2 and I had bome's midi translator software running, acting as a go between to communicate to and from my digital mixer to vdj.
End of the gig I had ran over my finishing time so as I was playing my last song I started to strip down the gear, I pulled the charger lead out the laptop and she crashed.
Anyone have any ideas on safeguarding vdj from this form of crash when power to the laptop is lost?
Running the latest beta, plenty ram and low cpu, windows 8.1.
Craig.

your laptop probably changed power profiles when u unplugged it ....
i would avoid doing that if you can or set the battery power profile the same as the plugged one
many setting on the pc can adjust when u change power profiles.

All the advanced power options mirror each other. A part of my setup relies on a wifi connection, is it possible the wifi adapter is the problem? If so does anyone know an advanced setting for it to remain constant with our without power connection?
