Is the mixtrack Pro 3 compatible for VDJ 7 ? if so has anyone managed to to do a mapper yet please ?

Since it's a digital controller it is "compatible", but it's not natively supported in V7 because it has come out after development of v7 has stopped.
However, it is natively supported in v8.
I haven't seen anybody trying to port this back to v7 yet, but you can of course try to make your own mapper, and probably get help on the technical boards on this page if needed. There is more info on how to get started here: http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Controller_Definition.html
