Hot cues, can play or be stuttered and can be snapped or unsnapped.
Samples can play or be stuttered or mute triggered, unsnapped.
Remix points can only be played and only in snap.
First issue, snap size cant be set for cues or Remix points, this makes snap about as useful as a chocolate teacup.
Second Issue, Remix points should have the exact same controls as samples for triggering, at least stutter and unsnapped anyway, this is logical in the sense of Remixing but also consistent with the fact that they are accessed from the sampler so should be treated like anything else in the sampler.
Is this just a case of the default skin not being up to the task and this can all be accessed from the skin file (If so, where do i find skinning instructions/definitions) or are these just missing features ?

have you tried adjusting -> globalQuantize? and quantizeLoop
