Sujet I paid full price and get message that I can only use for 10 mins???

I purchased Virtual DJ 8 pro. Just downloaded onto my brand new macbook pro. Although logged in, I am still getting the message that I can only use the software for 10 minutes. Obviously the program is not recognizing that I did buy the software. I need to have this issue resolved ASAP. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help...

Your account is still in "Home User" status, this is why VirtualDJ is still in Home/Demo mode.
As advised, contact support on the link above..

There is no purchase under the email of the account used to post here. In case you have used a different email/account, you will need to use that and not the account used to post here.
