Your flanger High-pass value seems to be incorrect.
Try to move the slider and see if the value gets back to the normal range. Then possibly a restart of virtualdj will be required to get it working again.

That not it when I get home I will do a 2nd video were there no back ground sound at work,now it just buzzing when on..

With the bug in the latest update it's a bit hard to see what the highpass knob is set to.
You can try to go to Documents\VirtualDJ\Plugins and remove native_Flanger.ini to see if that fixes it.

Yes that fix it maybe from 3202 or 3205+ when it started doing that.Thank You
