I cannot scratch on the left Jogwheel of my SX2. I have done the whole shift/slip thing and when I try to touch the platter, the music stops. When I take my hand off of it, the music plays. I bought this controller today brand new.
I don't have this issue on the right. It works fine. Please help.

Is the slip vinyl button pushed on the deck

If the deck is not playing and you move the jog, does the track waveform moves ?

1st try the SX-2 default optional if work you may have unmapped your Jogwheel on that side.

Waveform does not move. It is as if they are actual Vinyl. When I put my hand on the platter, the music stops and freezes. The song only continues playing when I remove my hand. If I put one finger on it, no sound at all.
