i just connected my external mixer in virtual dj 8 but crossfader and faders dont work even though the rest of things work in settings i chose external mixer and splitting mono my mixer is behringer vmx 100 but not the new version with the usb so i used rca to jack to connect it , any help ?

Since your mixer does not offer MIDI connection you won't see the on-screen mixer elements move on VirtualDj.
Also since you're using an external mixer setup moving these elements on screen with your mouse does not affect the sound.
This is the expected behavior.
