I have paid for my subsciption, but the license is not availble on my account. I have tried getting a hold of someone and no help. I am very frustrated and would either like a number to call or some technical help asap.

We don't see any purchase under the email of this Account. Either your payment is on hold or denied, or purchased under a different email.

If you login within VirtualDJ 8 with the same account credentials as you use in this website, dont you see your License in the VirtualDJ -->Settings-->LICENSES tab under Licenses ?

its showing I need one,it has caution symbols by each deck in config.

choose correct audio config for your controller hit its special icon in the audio config page :-)
