Hi guys when I plug my external HDD in then boot up VDJ8 i get the message of VDJ is already running.
If I boot up without the external then its fine until I plug in my external then it just starts daydreaming and does nothing please help

Sounds like you have a harddrive issue - it's not "getting ready for use" when you plug it in
