This bug occur when selecting text that exceeds the length of the text field box itself. I've attached a short video below showing first that scrolling using cursor keys is not a problem, but when trying to select the same text (via shift + cursor key right) the text doesn't scroll when reaching and going beyond the right edge.
Relevant system details:
- VDJ v.8.3 b4742
- Windows 10 64-bit (using the built-in dark theme)
- Intel UHD Graphics 630 GPU + Nvidia GTX-1060 GPU (main VDJ window is running on a nvidia backed screen).

Related: When deleting part of long text that has scrolled to left, the remaining text stays and doesn't fill the "gap" to the right. This is likely more convention related per se, but the typical convention is that the text scrolls back right to fill the new empty (and unreachable) space. Here's some juice for this small nitpick:
