Spent the last several days scanning my music library to start mixing by key/harmonic; Logged in tonight and downloaded the latest version only to discover the harmonic field in tags in gone along with all my data.
WTF?

Set keyDisplay in options to harmonic

Yep, I saw this as I display the harmonic column in the browser. Panicked for a minute when I saw the musical key, then I re-read the changelog, went into the options and changed it to harmonic. Noticed the keys are all coloured too, that's fine for me. I did have an extra circle to the left of the key with a tick in it on some of the tracks, messed around and couldn't find any reason for it. After a re-boot of the program it disappeared. Currently all is well. :-)

A bright check mark means the song is compatible in key with the song currently playing.
A darker check mark means the song can be compatible in key with the current song by shifting it only one semitone. (done automatically when autoKey option is on)

Thanks for the explanation. I was wondering what the ticks were, and there's nothing in the manual (yet).

Is there a way to get the colors on the musical key as well?

BTW......Awesome work!!!!!
I just spent $$$ on MIK products only to be not all that thrilled. Should of waited a week.
You guys keep improving the program which IMO...blows all others out of the park.
Keep up the GREAT work!!
Thank you

Wow! Excellent. VDJ just gets better and better, thanks for the explanation Adion, oh, and thanks for all the updates.
When doing harmonic mixing I normally sort the browser columns by the harmonic field. That way all the 1A's, 2A's are together making it easy to jump to the next key required. With this tick (circle) there's no need to re-sort the browser list. I feel the need to go and mix now lol.
