Doesn't it sound the same as if you change it on the screen or even without a controller? I don't think the SX2 has a hardware filter...
If so you can change the settings for it (how aggressive it is, and how much resonance it has)
Also remember that the filter knob now also handles color fx if you let it, so you may have changed it to currently do something besides filter. If so it will say so on the label next to the knob on the screen

I have not change that but now it says Distortion I don’t use or like that sound,I don’t know it got change but how can I put it back ?

Yes it's the Sound Color FXs. Like seen on Pioneer club mixers and also newer Pioneer controllers. Very cool - probably one of my favorite recent features in VDJ
