Sujet virtualdj 2021 keeps crashing

running version 8.5-64 B6017,
VDJ will be running fine and then it will just crash and restart and resets everything back to default, it remembers no settings, no queues, empties out the default/sidelist/ and auto mix lists.
running on windows 10 machine with a brand new 250gb ssd, 4gb of memory.
no controller hooked up, just the pc and headphones
takes forever to analyze the mp3's for the stems
running a starter skin
any ideas?

Does this happen on the default skin? What video card are you using?

its the video card built into the lenovo system. yes it happens on the starter skin which is set to the default.

Does it make any difference if you dont use the stems ?
Aka, in settings, set mathEngine to "disabled".

Just to test if its related to using stems on your computer or not

Not that software should crash, but are you sure your system has 4GB of RAM ?
For a modern computer that's too low these days... My home PC (which has a lot of RAM) uses almost 4GB just by being idle...
Not that it will be the same on yours, but 4GB of RAM is not sufficient enough these days for demanding apps and tasks (thous analyzing your library is "normal" to need longer times e.t.c.)

i had the same happen to me .with my controller connected. 8 gigi of ram 64 operating system intel(r)core
(tm)2duocpu t9600@2.80ghz..
