Anyone got any clue as to why when the drm auto refresh it seems to delete songs from my library after the check?

Files don't get deleted by refreshing drm.

It seems to? What makes you think they're deleted?
Maybe you have them in playlist and they get skipped, or try to load them from the browser and they don't play?
In that case, as kradcliffe said, the provider has likely removed them from the service. Maybe the license they had has expired, or the artist/label just doesn't want their material on the service any more.
Buy your music - it's the only way to be sure. :-)
