There are no serial numbers anymore
You simply login on this page like you have already done, buy a license from the "buy" section which then gets attached to your username, download and install VDJ from the download page, and sign into VDJ with the same credentials you used to sign into this page the first time you run it.
Then your license is automatically verified on the laptop/installation, and you are good to go
