Hi,
I go to account, licenses, and nothing. Stop charging my account twice a month. I need help canceling my subscriptions and starting fresh with a new account. That way I know what I am paying for each month. Thanks to whoever helps.

You don't have a subscription on the user you are using to post this message
That's why it's says home user and has 1 star under you name

So while you do need to talk to support regarding this, you probably also need to figure out which credentials you used for your subscription(s) for support to be able to help you properly
