Virtual Dj is a good application, however, I find it frustrating having to carry three cables and a hub each time I Dj. Is it possible for you guys to make it connect both decks through the Mixer? I really do not want to go to another software.

If you have a combination of CDJ-2000NXS2, CDJ-3000 and DJM-900NXS2 or DJM-V10 then you can connect it with a single usb to the computer.
The DJM-S11 has a USB-hub built in, so can be connected in a similar way, with usb from the decks to the mixers, and then just a single usb to the computer.
