Sujet VDJ and SUBST
Does anyone use VDJ with Music Files in a SUBST folder?

It's easier for me to keep my desktop and laptop in sync with each other if I map folders in each to an M drive - that way I don't need to worry about the real paths being different. On early testing, VDJ seems to have no issues with using files from the mapped M drive but feedback from experienced users would be welcomed.

I don't know what "SUBST" is supposed to be.
However I can tell you that VirtualDJ works absolutely fine over symlinks (junctions) in Windows (as long as the drive is NTFS formatted)
In fact I've been using VirtualDJ over junctions for about 8 years now.

SUBST is a DOS command that causes a folder to appear as a virtual drive, it's different to NTFS junctions in how it works although the end result is similar in that it redirects from a virtual location to a separate real location.
