can i have two laptops one running vdj2024 the other running vdj7 pro on the one controller, instead of me having 2 controllers. ( can i run the vdj7 on the ddj rev 5) with pro license? thanks for your help

v7 is 10 years passed the use by date, you won't get device support for anything released after 2014.

No you can't use VDJ7 with any new hardware anymore
It was discontinued 10 years ago
It also doesn't really work anymore, for instance it can't do history and it can't use modern hardware properly
- it just too old
Also the sound engine sounds VERY dated - so the master output doesn't live up to 2024 audio quality
