The minimum requirement to run Virtual DJ is:

20 MB free on the hard-drive
The recommended configuration is:

4.1 DirectX compatible soundcard (with front and rear separate outputs)
1024 MB RAM
200 MB free on the hard-drive

Thanks XEON how many songs you think can fit on that hard drive without slowing it down

The hard disk are slowing down when you get over half of it's size but it is not so bad in new models with big cache memory (16Mb model).

well.. i have one :D Apple MacBook PRO :P
But you'll have to wait to VDJ 4 mac ;)
But you can buy any pc that has good components (fast disc & ram, core duo processor, good graphic card, possibly ATI,...)

I have an LG 1.7 Centrino and VDJ works no problem! I'd recommend LG or SONY VAIO if its in your budget!

For audio maybe. If the specs I've been told to go with for a desktop to run viddeo I don't think they make a laptop powerful enough for video!

Hi,
VDJ will work better on a computer with dual core... ;)
