check limewire, and other download sites... I have found many scratch breaks on there... and before anyone dogs me, remember, most scratch breaks are samples from other sources.. they're not sampled with permission either... scratch break albums are basically illegal bootleg records... so get em where you can... most of the best ones are just small pressings of 100 or so and a few end up in the cooler record shops, while otherssell online, till' they're gone, or until someone presses a new one...
