with the virtual dj ripper?
 
Looks like from his title, he is using DVD Decrypter. Set it to IFO mode and then check the box that says rip into individual chapters.
 
Where does it say to rip into chapters?
 
Click "Tools" from the top menu, then select "settings", next click the "IFO Mode" tab and under "Options" you will see "File Splitting". From the drop box select "By Chapter".
