Numark has so many products but always come up short, they are slow to deliver. The CDX was garbage and the new one they introduced was garbage. there software is no where to be found in any store. I would not get too excited about this or any numark products.

Well, sorry, but thats just not true ;)
Numark made bad stuff in the 90s that still makes some think its bad...
But latest years innovations from Numark has gotten GREAT reviews by lots...
The CDX has been crowned "The Turntable of the Year" by DjMag, and the very respected Scratchworx has the following to say:
"Let me break it down into one sentence - the CDX is by far the best CD deck on the market for scratch DJs." (Scratchworx)
Better than the legendary Pioneer CDJs even...
And Numark's regular turntables TTX has also gotten awesome reviews, and are by some said to be better than the classic 1210s-...
So Numark have shaped up, and made AWESOME gear this last 2 years... and more to come ;)

Looks like Numark is trying to be the Apple Inc. of dj equipment.
Overcoming old, non-valid arguments by pundits holding on to their antiquated stereotypes.
Companies that have been around forever but now are coming out of their corners fighting ferociously... and WINNING!
I love watching underdogs start coming out on top!

Seriously, good to see Numark innovating like this by forming partnerships. I've used different versions of Mixmeister for a couple of years mostly just for putting together mix cds or for putting a few tracks on at home when I want to relax. It's pretty good for "non-djing" where you want some reasonable sounding mixes on automatic.
Some great things on show at Namm, but probably a long time before some of them get into the retailers.
