Use Smart Ripper instead . Here are the settings.

Under the movie tab in settings
Key Check - Don't Decrpyt
File Splitting - Every Chapter
Options - Check marks only for Unlock Drive, Demacrovison, Copy IFO file, and fast error skip
VOB file access - ASPI
Max file size - 4,000

keep in mind if its a copyrighted disk with "public proformance prohibited"

OK to all Smartripper will not work with store bought DVDs, am I right??? OK it WILL work great with these settings for Promo Only DVDS!!
